The look of displayed messages may be individually adapted. For this the IBI-aws Client application needs a corresponding skin file that contains the definitions for the look.
A skin file of this kind can be set up in two ways:
- Save the skin file with the name IBI.aws.Client.Default.iacskin in the folder with the IBI-aws Client application. The IBI-aws Client application checks at startup for an existing file and uses it if available.
- Save the skin file with any name at any location. In this case the path for the skin file must be designated using the start parameter /Skin. (For further information see start parameter) Here too the file must be accessible from every PC.
To apply the skin, running IBI-aws Client instances have to be restarted.
If a skin file cannot be read—for example because the path indicated is not accessible—the default skin is used automatically.
